The Bing Maps Server is an on-premises, integrated set of visualization, search and analysis capabilities that delivers maps, imagery and geospatial analysis through a web browser. It brings capabilities and content from Bing Maps for Enterprise behind a customer’s firewall, onto private or classified networks, and onto portable platforms.
Vexcel Corporation, as Microsoft’s geospatial subsidiary, provides the Bing Maps Server tailored to meet the specific needs of each customer. Systems are custom configured with Bing Maps data and include features to integrate customer data for visualization and analysis.
